Hi, I’m Sarah Peters — a Recovery Life Coach, Behavioral Health Care Manager II (BHCM II), and formally trained Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional (PSAP) who is passionate about helping women and teens find healing, clarity, and lasting transformation.
Sarah’s work is rooted in both professional training and personal experience. Having walked through her own recovery journey, she understands how overwhelming it can feel to navigate addiction, anxiety, emotional burnout, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together while silently struggling underneath it all. Because of this, she strives to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and never judged.

Sarah specializes in supporting women and teens navigating:
Sarah’s approach combines evidence-based strategies, behavioral health support, practical goal-setting, and compassionate encouragement. She believes healing is not just about surviving difficult seasons — it’s about learning how to build a life that feels sustainable, connected, and meaningful. Whether someone is beginning their recovery journey, rebuilding confidence, or simply feeling stuck and unsure where to start, Sarah’s goal is to walk alongside them with empathy, structure, and hope.

To walk alongside women, teens, and kids—providing compassionate guidance, practical tools, and a safe space for healing. The aim is to help every client build confidence, strengthen their sense of self, and move toward a life of freedom, connection, and purpose.
